CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your space you must do so on or before February 20th, 2012. Cancellations must be made in writing or via email at tonja@freedomshows.com. A Freedom Shows representative will call to confirm your request. If you book your spot after February 20th and you cancel, you will still be responsible for 50% of the booth cost. Whether you have paid a deposit, in full or not at all, if you break the cancellation policy you will be held responsible for the entire booth amount plus any collection fees involved to satisfy this debt. A reduced booth penelty may be negociated by talking with show management at 520-458-5009.

BOOTH SPACE REQUESTED: To choose the booth space that you would prefer, contact Denny or Tonja at 520-458-5009. They can provide you with the availability of the booth space that you have requested (example C12). Booth spaces are not guaranteed and may change upon conditions of the show.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Shows, Inc., Independence Advertising, & P.R., Inc. the Sponsors, The Windemere Hotel & Conference Center in which this exhibition is being held, and their Officers, Agents and Employees against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgements, expenses, costs, and charges of every kind resulting from its occupancy of the space herein contracted for by reason of personal injuries, death, property damages or any other cause sustained by any persons or others. The Management shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to displays or goods belonging to Exhibitors, whether resulting from fire, storms, acts of God, air conditioning or heating failure, theft, pilferage, mysterious disappearance, bomb threats or other causes. All items that are brought to the Exhibition and displayed at the Exhibitor own risk, and should be safeguarded at all times. The Exhibitor agrees that Management shall not be responsible in the event of any errors or omission in the listings in the Exhibitors Directory and in any promotional material. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify Management against and hold it harmless for any claims and for all damages, costs and expenses, including without limitation, attorney’s fees and amounts paid in settlement, incurred in connection with such claims arising out of the acts of negligence of Exhibitor, his agents or employees. By signing below the Exhibitor is stating that they have read and understand all, and that “The Management” is identified as Freedom Shows, Inc, a division of Independence Advertising & P.R., Inc.

Further, you acknowledge that your company will be held liable for the full payment of said booth space, plus any collection fees involved to satisfy this debt.
